The firm is founded by Mr. Ashish S Bohra, with 8 years of post-qualification experience. Ashish is a graduate in Commerce and is a fellow member of ICAI. He continued his formal education and currently holds a diploma in Information Systems Audit (by ICAI). He is also certified in Goods and Service Tax, Concurrent Audit of Banks by the same Institute. He has good exposure to Bank Audits, International Tax & Transfer Pricing.

Ashish was associated as an Audit Manager for 6 years with Gandhi & Gandhi, Chartered Accountants, a reputed Chartered Accountants Firm with 41 years standing. During his tenure at G&G, Ashish led teams on several assignments like audit of Companies, Bank Statutory Audit, Special Audits and Due Diligence assignments for angel investors, etc. He was also actively engaged in training of interns and accounting staff.
